Established in 2010, Jiangsu OCTCO Chemical Co.,Ltd. (Jiangsu, P.R.China) and its subsidiary companies OCTCO USA (Houston, TX), OCTCO Petroleum & Chemical Technology & Services Co., Ltd. (Beijing, P.R.China), were founded and managed by highly experienced professionals specialized in oilfield chemistry, technology and services. OCTCO delivers industry leading products and technology based on joint extended international and domestic experiences.
OCTCO runs R&D and manufacturing bases in China, and manages quality of products and services by international standards. OCTCO provides customer focused and value added products and services by combining significant cost advantage from China based manufacturing and geographic supply chain advantage for Pan Asia Pacific and Middle East Markets. From 2014 OCTCO engaged in a partnership with Hsin Tay (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. of Ho Tung Chemical Group (H-T Group) to strengthen the manufacturing capacity of oil field production specialty products.
OCTCO specializes in oilfield performance chemical products and technology for oil field and petrochemical Production Optimization, Flow Assurance and Integrity Management. OCTCO provides intermediates as well as finished products and concentrates to support customers’ local blending needs. OCTCO also supplies oilfield chemical commodity products and materials with assurance management on quality and supply stability.
