OCTCO has employees with many years of field experience that allows them to be very good at conducting evaluations of current chemical programs for performance optimization and cost reduction opportunities.  Field experience requires knowledge of produced oil, gas and water processing systems along with the ability to properly select the right chemical and the best application method to reduce costs and optimize the performance of the treating chemicals.

Improvements in cost and performance can be accomplished in many ways.  It can be as simple as the improper chemical was recommended, the wrong injection point of the right chemical or an improperly operating vessel.  Sometimes a much more complicated scenario can exist such as the chemical treating window for temperature, treating rate or agitation is not being met which results in poor performance.  A detailed field survey and field bench testing with the current products being used is required to make this determination.  Whatever the case, OCTCO will conduct the on-site work required to provide the proper recommendation to provide cost savings and/or improved performance.
