Our strength is field problem solving by conducting very thorough onsite surveys all the way to discussing the issues with numerous oilfield operators.  This is because our experience has been the solution can only be provided after you are told a lot of information from the folks that are in the field every day.  All the input is used to assist in identification of the root cause of the problem.

 

Once the real problem is identified scientific bench testing is initiated to provide a recommendation to resolve the problem.  Sometimes this entire scenario described above can be completed in a few days and other times it may take weeks to find the answer.  There are a number of factors that dictate how long a field problem solving project may last, but we work on site under very focused conditions until the customer's problem is resolved.
